I know someone very close to me who had the control panel of thier 5er located just the right way that something shifted up against teh switch and extended the slide out while they where moving. But that was only one slide.
The quality of the OP's picture is very believable to me - my junky old flip-phone cell with an early camera (low quality pics by todays standards) take just about as good of pictures even when moving at highway speed.
My guess would be, since 2 slides are out, that this is either a repo / theft or else they fried something electrical, lost power, and don't know how to manually retract the slides.
