The first thing you should do is weigh the trailer - fully loaded and then some. Weigh it tire by tire - or at least compensate for the fact that there is side to side and front to rear variation in loading.
Then add 15% to the worst value. What do the tire loadings look like now?
Then make it a routine to check the pressures BEFORE every major tow. Check the tires, too - by rubbing your hands around the circumference of the tire to check for bulges. (Wear gloves!!)
You are aware there is a 65 mph speed limitation on those tires right?
