I have the exact same truck you have, but with stock-sized tires. I have BFG All Terrains. But I have to say, I'm a bit confused -- you say yours has 315s? If I read that right, that's just over-the-top wide for no other reason than bling. Previous owner apparently wanted the world to know he had a dually.
You can go a little wider tire than stock, but too much becomes a problem.... Parking spaces, narrow roads, etc.
