THanks for the comment on the space. The issue that concerns me with the quad bunk house is that you lose about 6-8 ft of the trailer to the dedicated bunks. My friends have a quad bunk room and it gets used a lot for storage. I think with my two boys that would serve just fine. Friends can sleep on the couch if they don't feel like bunking up.
