I was sold on this floor plan as well - double-ove-double corner bunks and opposite corner bathroom with it's own exterior door. Fortunately, there are many manufacturers making this floorplan with some minor variations on the overall layout.
Mine ('13 Viewfinder 28BHSS) has the AC duct for the top bunk. As I recall, each bunk also has it's own receptacle (plug-in) but the bunks do not have the little nook like I saw in one other floorplan (Bullet Premier 32BHPR?).
Like many others, our reasons for going with this floorplan were 1) our kids (12 and 14) pretty much outgrew the little narrow bunks (aka "coffins") and 2)these doubles allow for my niece and/or nephew to accompany us inside the trailer if they want without having to deploy the dinette/sofa beds. 3) The bunkhouse models (31 and 32 foot models) were just a bit more trailer than we wanted.
One drawback to the layout is that it's just new enough that finding it in a used model was difficult. A couple used ones came and went in my general area but were new enough that the owners wanted too much for them. I ended up buyinh new for less than I could have probably talked them down to. That situation will start to change in the next year or two when more of these hit the market used.
Good luck. We can all share stories about our satisfaction with this layout as we get some time camping in them.
