I like the idea of the private bedroom as on the ZT28BH, but one disadvantage is if you install a real queen bed, you will likely not be able to walk around the foot of the bed to get to the far side.
My trailer has a similar bedroom set up, but with a walk thru where the "ward" closet is on the ZT28BH. For me, a big deal as I wanted to install a real queen bed (and I'm not even that tall...I just like the extra room more than the extra closet). Just something to keep in mind if you want to install a bigger mattress...
Another thought: with two kids, we find a u-shape dinette to be far superior to the standard dinette.
