I think that would a wise investment based on the length of that trailer vs the wheelbase of the Expy. I had a similar issue and the Hensley Arrow lets me tow in any kind of weather or traffic without worrying about sway.
Both the Hensley and the ProPride are the same design that utilizes what's called a 4-bar linkage. One the guys that worked at Hensley spun off and started his own company ProPride. The ProPride is supposed to be the "new and improved" Hensley, it has some additional features that you may like, you can make your own decision on that. You can also find these hitches used if you look around.
Looks like you can reach in the fridge with the slide closed, just keep stuff you may need at a rest stop out of the pantry. Ours has one cabinet that's completely blocked with the slide closed, we just have to remember to keep stuff we'll need when traveling out of that cabinet.
That trailer will be a heavy load for the Expy, but you may be OK with just 2 adults as passengers. No kids also means much less "stuff". It will tow great with a Hensley or ProPride, but the trans won't last long if you're too much over GVWR.
