Options for black tank flushing?

The hydroflush (and like device - Flush King) works great if you have a clog at the opening of the drain. The water will force the clog back up into the tank, but as mentioned does very little in flushing out the inside of the tank. It is a good way to add water to the tank.
The inside tank devices like the Camco, Quickie Flush, Tornado all spray inside the tank and helps in getting stuff off the walls and sensors. If your tank is easily accessible, installation of one of these devices is fairly simple. They are also very helpful in adding water to the tank.
