I bought my Arctic Fox almost 2 years ago & my dealer suggested that I use OSI. I found it at Home Depot. I did a lot of resealing last Fall & the OSI seems to be holding up fairly well, as good as anything else I have used. Being readily available at Home Depot or Lowes makes it better.
