Other reasons ST tires fail??
There have been soooo many threads and posts on ST tires here about what the best one is and why they fail sometimes. I was just reading one of those "threads from heck" - ST tire thread from heck......

5K miles on a set of tires? Yeah, maybe if they're left in the sun, not maintained, and only see 1K a year. Still, I would bet that most users get more service life than that.
Don't mean to be hyper-critical but the OP has had 5 tire issues on the same piece of road, I'm guessing the delivery guy is better than that. I'm sure some drivers are abusive but practically, a driver would want to make it to the destination without a flat.
