I've read some people posting that they have seen delivery drivers driving at around 75-80 mph on freeways in the eastern US. I don't doubt for a minute that the drivers do tow a lot above 65mph. Why wouldn't they if they're paid by the mile, not by time?
Anyway, my original point was that I believe that there are other factors besides speed and PSI that lead to tire failures.
skipnchar appears to understand the issue of frame & suspension flex causing stress to the tires. There does not seem to be much discussion on this anywhere or study into it. I am planning to tie our spring hangers together with a cross-member to reduce movement. Mor/Ryde makes a cross-member for this application. It would be interesting to see someone mount a camera under the TT and see what actually happens while towing.
I'm guessing that you wouldn't see much movement during normal highway travel on the side loads on the suspension. But you likely will in sharp turns in town and during backing or manuvering into a spot.
