As has been stated, the foam in the dinette seat cushions sags out pretty quick, and for me, the dinette is too upright of a position to be comfortable for long.
However, some folks like sitting at a table to relax, so it could work for them okay.
Others will say that they don't need a good place to sit inside, because when they go camping, they sit outside most of the time. I sit out when the weather is nice, but I also like to travel when it it either cold, hot or wet....so I value having comfortable indoor seating.
For my use, having that sink as an island is a waste of floor space right where I need it most, but then that's a personal pref.
That trailer is going to weigh in the neighborhood of 5500 to 5900 pounds ready to roll,( unless you are in Canada....they have different gravity there.....joke, joke....don't get all crazy on me, my good friends from up north... :) ) so bear that in mind when thinking about a tow vehicle. That pretty much puts you in the large SUV or pickup truck range for towing, in my opinion.
Yes...we will have to buy a new TV.
