Our favorite floorplan so far!

video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCRtX23NnSM

Now...where to store the clothes???

Found this while searching...all we have to do is to go sniff it out. They are certified green and got "emerald" rating for indoor air quality but you never know.

Here's the floorplan:

If anyone sees any potential issues with the layout, we would appreciate your letting us know!

The cons of this unit as we see so far, is that the bathroom vanity has no counter space and the toilet area is a bit tight.

  • We sat in a very similar model of Fun Finder and while sitting in the booth...if we both sit on the left arm of the booth, the TV is pretty much directly in front. We did not have to twist at all to view the TV. I think that the TV swings out and swivels, too.

However, our favorite way to watch TV is to pile pillows on our bed and cuddle up to watch.
  • When we travel after a days of driving to our destination, or on raining days or just to set inside for what ever to relax. On these types of units where are you going to set to watch TV. We have been to all of the lower 48 some in Canada mostly in a 30' Sunnybrook 5th. With a lot more room than this, BUT with the TV to the far left as in this one, A BIG pain in the neck. After running around all day it is good to set and relax before going to bed and watch a movie or some program. 3 hours and your back from swisting side ways and neck tells the story.

Like the way they put the water controles in the far corner. That gives you the most room in a tri-angle shower to bath. On a lot of these kinds they put the handles on one of the walls leaving a lot less room to turn around.

that pantry could be divided for more cloth items if needed, thats a lot of room for cans.

Less carpet is good, rug runners or rubber baack threo rugs if wanted. What is the quality of the Linolium ???

Take the sales man out of the unit for a half hour and then see if it fits.
  • I like this booth better than the one in the evergreen because this one is more like a sectional sofa. Remove the table and you have a lounging area, whereas the Evergreen I-Go 220RB does not have any seats or cushions between the two opposing booth seats.

I also love the island and the access to the bathroom and the fridge without opening any slides.

We really wanted one with a booth AND a sofa, but that gets to be bigger, so we felt that this was a happy medium...a multi-purpose seating arrangement.

Also love the fact that there are pocket doors between the BR and the LR. I had not see these before. Seems like they though of everything!

Also easier to watch TV without cricking your neck. How much more comfortable can you be than lying on the bed watching TV? Very cozy!!
  • Is Coachmen a good brand?

We plan to be gone for 4-6 weeks at a time.
  • With dual closets and overbed storage you should more than enough clothes storage for a couple weeks with 2 people. Just find a laudry mat if going to out longer than that. BTW we used to have a TT with kind of clothes storage layout and routinely went for 10 night horses with all of the gear and stuff which general included a change of clothes most days.
  • The coachman has more than adequate clothes storage with a closet on either side of the bed and an OHC above the bed. I love that little floor plan. For two or three that would be an ideal floor plan.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks!
