Got a call from the dealership this evening which hopefully leads to some good news. After yesterdays call the service dept has forwarded my issues up the ladder to management. Apparently one of the managers had a look at the trailer and basically said the thing is unacceptable and that he agrees that we should not have to deal with it, especially with the short time we have owned it. The factory still has not made any attempt to rectify the situation and has only requested more pictures. The dealership apparently is not satisfied with their response and it sounds like they may replace our trailer with something else.
Of course nothing is in writing and I won't know anything until tomorrow when the manager is supposed to contact me with his resolve or offer.
I will keep you posted on how it plays out... my fingers are crossed that I can wash my hands of this POS.
