Some friends I've camped with have the outdoor kitchen and it's a really nice feature. It's pretty close to a "must have" for me on my next trailer. The refrigerator thing is a bit goofy though IMO. An electric fridge is pretty much useless to me. I suppose if one were in the same place for a long period it would be okay. I'm pretty sure I'd yank it out and just use the space for something else.
On a related note I took a square/cube type cooler and attached a hose at the drain valve and drilled it through the floor of my TT to empty outside. Now, I can just keep feeding ice and drinks in from the top without having to pull the whole thing out and empty out the water. Overall, it's way more handy than any electric fridge would be.
But the other aspects of the outdoor kitchen look to be super nice. In looking over new floor plans I see a lot of them I believe they are a sought after item.
