We don't have an outdoor kitchen but have noticed they're becoming really popular. In our case, we would prefer to have that space inside rather than outside. We do most all of our food prep in the regular kitchen and just carry it out. They do use a pretty good amount of space, so depending on your need for inside vs outside needs, it may or may not be good for you. Also, we didn't need or want the extra weight. You might want to double check, but believe I've heard that the frig in the outside kitchen does not work until you're plugged into shore power, so on the road you'd have to plan on it getting warm inside. Different strokes. Happy camping!
