We boon dock camp all of the time! We have our own outdoor kitchen. I use Camp Dutch ovens for cooking. We have a 130 qt Coleman cooler that will hold 10 gal frozen milk jugs with water in them. Plenty of room on top of jugs for meat, pop and etc. These jug will stay frozen for a week and when they thaw you have water to use. When we need to recharge our batteries, we watch a movie at night and keep the battery charged up. We camp in our 31' Tahoe 5th wheel toy hauler which has big holding tanks. I have camped all of my life and I love to cook. Works great for us!
