Seems like most people here have an outdoor kitchen... it just needs to be assembled. I imagine the stoves, griddles, barbeques and bottles when stored take up space also.
My kids also had a Lecrosse with an outdoor kitchen and it was their favorite part of the trailer. Their comment was if buying again an outdoor kitchen would be a must have. I noticed when camping with them that the outdoor kitchen gained the most comments from passerbys.
Personally, I'm fine with the parts and pieces I bring out when needed.
