Cunningham Falls State Park and Gambrills State Park usually open no later than April 1. Both of them are closer to Fredneck.
FYI, I read a lot of complaining in your post too. For a post that ended by asking about outdoor kitchens, there sure was a lot of complaining about people using awnings and having campfires.
FYI, the bride and I just enjoyed an evening snack and drink in our backyard by the firepit. Its 65 out right now... guess you would hate living or camping near me...
