We had a hang on the side grill for the 8 foot PUP we just traded in, and I would have loved to get an outdoor kitchen in our TT, but the floor plan we liked and could tow didn't have a outdoor kitchen as an option. We also agree in having the ability to cook inside or outside. We went cross country to see our new niece, so we didn't have much choice on when we went. This is while we still had the PUP. We normally like to cook outside, it is part of the camping experience for us, and frankly I didn't want to have open flame inside. The weather we had prevented us from cooking outside that trip. So having that backup option of cooking inside is now really important to us. I am currently looking for a better quality hang on the side grill but would have gone for a built in outdoor kitchen. Most outdoor kitchens in trailers we like are built under the queen bed or under a bunk bed, so I don't really look of it as a loss of space. Maybe storage space but not floor space. We don't take much with us, especially since we just came from a PUP. I think some of us with smaller rigs (ours is an 18 bunkhouse) question the need for something twice as long. Everyone has their own needs and wants. The most important thing is that we are all out spending time with our families and/or friends.
