Outdoor sinks

Looking to add a removable outdoor sink, but haven't found one we can easily attach and remove.

I was thinking one we can connect to outside shower hose, since it already has hot/cold. Can't see a lot of need for hot water, but why not?

Next Q would be what to do about the drain water?

We also use the tub method, two tub's one with biodegradable dish soap, the other tub for rinsing, Works well and does not fill the grey tank up..

  • We have a Lewis and Clark portable camp kitchen that we connect to the outside shower and use the hot water for dishes. It is very heavy and folds up like a suitcase. Photo below:

I've been also looking at these plastic fish cleaning stations. Mendards home centers just had a sale where these were only $39. The Amazon price of $80 seems too pricey. Amazon link You can use it as both a table and a sink. I like the tall faucet. You could easily get a bracket so it could mount on the side of your RV where the exterior grill would mount.

As others have said, the drainwater goes in a 5 gallon bucket.

We find alot of the camp grounds we visit have wash up sinks at the bath rooms especially if tent campers are also using the facility.

We use them all the time to wash up outside things associated with cooking...

  • Mostly to wash hands and dishes.

I've seen the white tables with moulded sinks for cleaning fish, but the don't fold in half, making for a storage problem for us.

I looked at garden sinks, but nothing seemed to be right or portable.

Would be nice to have something that hangs on side, like the rv grills
  • What is the sink for? Washing hands or cleaning fish? 5 gallon bucket for waste water. Why not make your sink out of a 5 gallon bucket also.
