Yes, the furnace keeps up well, it does not run constantly. The fridge we watch so things do not freeze. We have a blanket over the large dinette window and covers on the inside of the ceiling vents.

Ditto. This has been my experience as well, more or less. I don't use a blanket over the dinette window since I have the Seitz double pane windows. I just close the blind to create another air space.
I also carry another propane tank.
Outfitter TCs have heated tanks just for this purpose.
