We are in the 'use it all the time' camp. Unless it is raining, cooking is done outside. With a family of 5 in our bunkhouse, things can get full inside - we much prefer to keep the cooking outside. Ours sounds a lot like yours, and I accent it with an electric griddle, a toaster oven, and a Coleman RoadTrip grill. We keep most of the cooking items in the outdoor kitchen and I work from there. I don't have to worry about space and can sit in my lawn chair, enjoy the outdoors, and drink a bear while things are cooking.
An outdoor kitchen was a must on our purchase, and we have never regretted it!
