- RoyBExplorer III suppose you can find wireless speakers at WALMART then you wouldn't have to worry about mounting outside speakers to the trailer.
I have one of those CC CRANE wireless tranmitters that you can just plug into any phone jack and it will transmit the sereo audio out to any portable FM radio you might have. That works out pretty neat...
I have a bunch of ham radio things going on inside and like to listen in sometimes sitting outside. Pretty neat for that...
We always have a portable type FM radio going listening to good ole country music when we sit outside...
That is a CC CRANE AM/FM Radio as well. They sure don't come cheap however but are the best sounding portable I have found...
I will occasionally hookup a two port cable splitter with a short cable to the camp ground pedestal cable connection. Run one connection to the trailer cable hookup and run the other cable connection to a long cable that goes under the trailer and can be used in the patio area for outside TV setup.. Sometimes its nice to watch something of interest sitting around the firepit...
Roy Ken - Double_HaulExplorerWith smart phones, blue tooth, pandora and Jambox portable speakers, for me no need for outside speakers. Great sound and it doesn't carry so no annoying the neighbors. I was going to replace the crappy concertone in the trailer but this solves that problem also.
- PapPappyExplorerMight be a lot easier to just get yourself a "Boom Box", and put it where you want it. It would also allow you to control it right there at the picnic table:)
- Doug33ExplorerI always wanted them and finally got them on my new TT. I don't play them that often, and not real loud. It's good if you are having people over to eat or hang out. I do the same thing at home.
- popeyemthExplorerThat's what makes the world go round-everybody's different.
Don't think for a second I was in anyway saying you fall into the inconsiderate category . - AtleeExplorer IIDepends.
In a crowded camp ground, no they aren't.
But after an afternoon football game in the stadium, sometimes it nice to relax outside the RV and catch another game on the TV with friends.Opie431 wrote:

Outside speakers and TVs are ripe for abuse especially in a crowded private campground where campers are as close as the operators can get away with
Personally I don't see the attraction but that's just me. Not what I go for. - Opie431ExplorerNeighbors at a park had them. They were asked to turn them off or leave. We did not complain so someone else must have. Are you sure you need them?
