outside speakers

Thanks for the welcome:) No problem about assumptions, i'll bet sleepy is a great camping neighbor. I have the bluetooth speakers that you can buy, but my stereo is not blue tooth which means i need to run it off my phone. Someplaces i visit there is no service, and i dont have my phone loaded up with music. All things i could change, except for the service issue. The blue tooth sound good but not as good as two speakers.
I agree with the "hole" perspective, once there in the side of my camper it is permanant, but out of the way, and does not need to be taken out or stored anywhere. I carry kayaks and all kinds of junk up top, but i could possibly mount the speakers in the wings? I ll have to check, but i may lean towards just running wires long and then putting the speakers whereever i want. just put them in a box, or get the sealed ones, with simple plug ins to connect them. But so far no one knows if there are some type of backings? Ill just check with lance and post up what i find out.
