The world is full of stupid people. I don't know where they have all come from.
I took my utility trailer into a landscape yard for some road base. I told the operator of the front end loader that my trailer was only rated for 2,500 pounds. He knew exactly how much he could load without overwhelming it. He knew the volume of his bucket and the weight of the material per cubic yard. He stopped when the springs were compressed most of the way. Only about 7 inches of material were in the bed of the trailer. A clueless operator could have wrecked the trailer.
