The manufacturer is
Dayton Parts, and I bought them from
Stengle Brothers.
Here is the link to the specific part (don't know whether is Stengle's or Dayton's) From my email order history, I'm pretty sure the kit is both spring packs and 4 adjustable brackets, but not absolutely positive. I know it includes both spring packs.
This kit is made for an older model Chevy/GMC than mine, but I bought it because it's the only one I could find with adjustable, bolt on brackets.
I made a lot of use of the adjust-ability for the first several years,
but stopped that when I changed to the thick UHMW pads. Not I just take the pads off for empty use - put them back for camper use.
Having installed these on my 2006, I don't know why they wouldn't work on any truck with a similar spring setup -- as long as the frame in that area doesn't have any curves in it. No warranty for non standard use of course.
