Well I weighed the rig today and fully loaded with Dw and I we are about 600 lbs over the GVW of the truck. Just wondering how many others are over ?

Yep, considering what % of your payload you are over is much more relevant. 600 over when your payload is 4500 is way different than 600 over when your payload is 1400.
