Yes the emissions equipment is covered for 100k miles.
Have a copy of the 2014 diesel emissions warranty for RAM's 6.7.
It says the Federally mandated warranty covers much of the emissions system (like NOx and ammonia sensors, DEF system) for 5 yrs/50K miles.
But "all catalysts", and powertrain and transmission control modules are 8 yrs/80K miles.
The DPF is not listed though so not sure what the warranty is on that.
