I'm glad that I posted this topic. We can see here that folks will accept whatever is dealt them. When presented with any issue, they will immediately blame the victim. Sad, real sad.
I live in PA also and have been getting my cars, trucks, and RV's inspected for the past 41 years.
But..
I take my car to my car dealership or my local repair garage that I trust.
I take my truck to my truck dealership or my local repair garage that I trust.
I take my RV to my RV dealership but never to my local repair garage.
NEVER had a problem with any of the mechanics that worked on any of my vehicles including the RV.
I would never take the RV to a shop just because they also inspects buses. Doesn't make sense to me. Always take it to a RV dealer you trust. If something gets broken they have responsibility and ability to fix it.
BTW get in an accident with a vehicle that is not up on it's inspection would result in a fine, which you would deserve, possibly the insurance company not paying for your damage and maybe not paying if another vehicle damaged or a person is injured. Let me know where you are traveling to avoid that road.
Here's the deal with posting on this forum. If you are not going to like the responses to your posts then don't post anything. Not everybody is going to agree with your view.
I was wondering...Have states with inspections proven to be safer than states without inspections?
