I get a kick out of these discussions regarding state inspections. There are thousands of vehicles traveling from states that do not require them into states that do. Those vehicles are perfectly legal and bear no inspection sticker. I find it ironic that supposedly a person who lives in a state that does require them and gets in an accident without having one would be facing a fine and possibly refusal of insurance coverage for the damage. While the other vehicle could well be an out of state vehicle from a state without such a requirement and they would not face the same predicament.
