We bought an Econ 20RLS made by Pacific Coachworks (2014, I think) and, knock on wood, it has been relatively trouble free. We've actually really enjoyed it a lot and it is an easy tow with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I guess not all of their stuff is bad, although I feel bad for the rotten luck OP has had.
