Paint for Pink Owens Corning foam board?
I placed 2 inch foam board under my camper to help it clear the overhead lights on the truck. Has anyone ever painted the pink foam board so it looks less pink?

I'm assuming you're talking about the 2" edge of the foam? If yes, how about 2" colored tape, either plastic or duct. Quick, easy and will offer some protection to the foam.
