My driveway is so steep that I cannot level. When I parked the trailer there, I'd use the big laminated rubber wheel chocks that are made for large trucks. Good luck rolling over two of those! I also put x-chocks between the wheels (cause I have them). But the huge rubber wheel chocks will do the trick. I'd set them in place, then put the van in neutral to let the wheels plant into them firmly. No way the trailer is moving now, and pre loading the wheels into the chocks keeps the lateral stress off the tongue jack and stabilizers.
If it's sloped enough that you can still get level, then no problem. Just use a good set of rubber wheel chocks (not the hard plastic yellow ones, imo) and drop the stabilizers.
