The yellow plastic blocks should have a use by date on them, I'm assuming to account for UV damage. If your blocks are in good condition and the driveway is sloped like Soundguys you will probably be fine with the plastic blocks. If you're unsure then get a 4x4 or 4x6 piece of lumber and cut it at at an angle to make a chock.
If tow vehicle is on the downhill side of the driveway. Put all 4 blocks on the downhill side of the tires, snug them all up equally.
As posted earlier, leave the safety chains connected until you have the trailer disconnected and leveled.
