Is there any disadvantage to putting trailer on a grass sites?

When our TT set in the yard for a few weeks, it starts killing the grass and settling into the ground. When we store it for several months we drive it up on 2x 10 lumber.
Moving from one grass CG to another grass CG has not been a problem. Often there was not much grass left on the camp spot.
