Find out what TYPE of tree it is "before" you park it.
There are some type of trees that drop sap that is IMPOSSIBLE to get off any roof....don't ask me how I know that. :(
I was parked at a resort for 2 months and when I was ready to hit the road I called the rv mobile guys to come wash and detail my MH for me.
What I thought was just a lot of extra dirt on the roof turned out to be sap and it took all day for those guys and to get it all off my roof.
When I pulled in the CG I did wonder why that gorgeous site was still open. I know now.:R
