Our trailer is now 7 years old and for 6 of those years was mostly under pine trees, Summer and Winter in Wisconsin. Twigs and leaves and even light weight branches will not harm it. Husband cleaned it with a good roof cleaner each month in the summer, and we had no problem with it. Even went through a couple hail storms. This year we were at a different park in Colorado and was not under any trees and the sun bleached out what was left of some sap stains. Didn't even have to wash the roof this year. They are a lot tougher than what people think. Plus you can walk on them. If you don't keep the roof clean, you will get the black streaks on the sides of the trailer. Our trailer looks brand new.
