When we bought our 32 ft. Solaire trailer last May we knew that we were going to be challenged to be able to back it in and have it sitting straight in the driveway. The driveway is only 45 feet deep and the street is narrow with drainage ditches on both sides of the road and our tow vehicle is an F150 crew cab .....total length of truck and trailer is 52 feet. I live about an hour and a half from Carleton Place Ontario where the Park it 360 is made. Took the time to book an appointment to go see them and meet the actual people that make the units. I was very impressed to say the least. Well designed, simple construction, easy to maintain and they are committed to customer satisfaction....took it home and it works great! We have a paved driveway with a slight incline, trailer hitch weight is 950 lbs and the unit weight is around 7200 with cargo. We have the XL model with the 1.5hp bosch motor and use the trailer's battery to power it. The neighbours flock over to watch me put it in the driveway from the edge of the street. It's not cheap, but we figured it was cheaper then selling our house and paying $20k in legal and real estate fees!
