Do you have enough tongue weight? It says that on soft ground you need more than 500 lbs.
Also the return policy clearly states:
If within 30 days of the date of sale, a Customer finds a Product to have a material defect not specified in the catalogue, or if the Product has not met the Customer’s expectations, then subject to sections 2 and 3, the Customer may return the Product, within 30 days of receiving the Product, to the store of original purchase for full refund, less shipping expenses and a 20% restocking fee,
I've never been happy with the "restocking fee" caveat, but that's the way it is.
