I give his post plenty of credibility. The OP has no reason to make all this up. He paid a lot of money for something that won't work for him.
OP, Sorry about your luck with this product. No one likes to pay a high restocking fee like that - you pay a ton of money and have nothing to show for it.
I'm also sorry for the hostel responses. That often happens when someone new posts about being unhappy about something.
