as much as it sucks that you lost out... reading and understanding the terms of any purchase is very important. and it does clearly state on their site that if you intend to use it on gravel, they suggest you upgrade the tires... just seems like another case of not doing your due diligence... not sure why the company should be expected to take a hit for your lack of proper research.. clearly it's been used and they will not be able to sell it for full retail value.
