These type of posts show JUST HOW MANY places GS is putting the link to this forum. They include it on every website/magazine/ads that they have an affiliation with. And 'encourage' the readers to use it.
THAT is where these posts are coming from. And are usually very legit dissatisfied consumers of a product where phone calls are not helping them so they use the link 'provided' to them.
Henceforth why it is their first post. They are not here to join a forum they are using a link provided to them.
So don't blame the OP, blame GS for posting the link to this forum EVERYWHERE and making all the forum posts PUBLIC to all the same places.
