ParkIt 360 has a return policy that is clearly stated. I am sure that the reason for this policy is numerous returns caused by unreasonable expectations. They are pretty darn clear about what their unit will and will not do but this still does not register with a lot of consumers. A large number of consumers operate on a, I'll buy it and if I don't like it or it does not meet my expectations I will return it, policy. Kind of like the majority of clothes purchases, which is why clothes have such a ridiculous profit margin, but I won't go in to labor costs here.
You bought it, you did not like it, you returned it and ParkIt did what they said they would do in the event of a return. I guess that is the current definition of a crook.
