I'm gonna jump in here at the defense of Parkit360. I have one and I absolutely love it. I have had it one year now and haved used it about 12 times last year. I researched the website at great length. I read and understood the return policy. I watched every YouTube video I could find. When I received my unit, I was putting it together on a Saturday. I had a question and knew they would be closed. I sent an e-mail to Jeffery Sawlor at Parkit. Mr. Sawlor replied back to my e-mail within ONE hour. On a Saturday! Jeff answered my questions in great deatail. A few days later I decided to convert my unit to an onboard powered unit. I called and got Mr Sawlor. He gave me pricing for the battery box, new wiring harness and agreed to pay the freight. To the OP: did you fill out the online questionair stating what the weight of the trailer you were pulling? What ground conditions would you be using it on? What was the slope of incline if any? Ect. Ect. This was a big purchase for me as well but knew I needed to be satisfied for it to work properly. In my book, Jeff Sawlor and Parkit360 is is top notch. I was impressed enought to add Parkit360 to my signature line. Sorry you had troubles but you clearly didn't do your homework. Remember, he paid the freight to you on the original purchase. It's only fair that he charge you for that as well as a restock fee. Parkit will have to refurbish the unit and repackage it to sell to someone else.
