$80 to ship it back.
$240 (20% of 1,200)
80+240 = 320
So what is the justification for keeping the rest of the $160?

Have you contacted them and asked them to justify the extra $160?
Have you contested the $160 that you feel was kept in error with your credit card company or bank?
