A lot of $240 figures going around here. Could they have charged you twice for the restocking fee? Unintentional errors in billing are not unheard of. (See your doctor bills when you get them). Have you, calmly, called the company to try to resolve the issue? I know I have to call the doctors office quite often to resolve billing issues. Perhaps the billing clerk at Park it trained in the medical field.
