I am thinking of buying a 48x48 pieces of THIS. I am going to replace the roof bubble dome and toilet vent as well since those items might not survive removal.
I will take my time to cut a pattern and take it to the corers of the roof edge to make it look as best possible.
I will need to read up on what type of adhesive to use. I assume it will be a non-forgiving contact cement of sorts.
Please- any advice/ comments on this specific roofing material (workability. compatibility, etc) and what type of cement to use are appreciated. I do not mind doing the work and hopefully pictures of my first attempt shows I am conscientious of prep and final appearance... but I do not want to have something go awry this time and then finding out it does not work.
(I am also on Tuesday going to call a roofing contractor with whom I have dealt in the past to get a price and availability of a large piece of Eterna Bond just to exercise all my investigative options.)
