Any opinions about TT's with pass through bath design? My DH wont even entertain the thought but I have an open mind on the subject. Traveling as a couple not so bad but sometimes we have tag along guests for longer trips. Any positive or negative about this layout from those who have owned one?

I think the standard walk thru bath sucks. my chieftain had the best layout I could find. large 42 inch tub/shower on one side of hall, separate room on other side of aisle with vanity/stool. but for the 20 minutes a day that you used the shower, the bedroom door and the bath room door could close shutting off the aisle but giving you a large dressing/etc. area that was private.I would not want one where the stool/vanity were open for public viewing.bumpy

they are OK IF you are on good terms with the person taking the bath. But I'm with you DH, no worth the money to buy a TT with a pass through bath.

Any positive or negative about this layout from those who have owned one?My Dad had one in his 5ver..I was never impressed with the idea that a person would be "stuck" on the wrong end of the trailer while someone else is in the bath.In my Dad's case, the bath was in between the master bedroom and the rest of the trailer.. So, one could possibly get stuck in the master bedroom.. Since it did not have a outside door and the master was over top the hitch and jumping out a window at that height for some reason doesn't sound like a great idea..So, yeah, to me unless that trailer has an exit to the outside world on each side of the bath no way I would ever consider that.Food for thought.

I have one. Very roomy. Yes there are times when it really not a good setup.Fortunantly our TT has two bathrooms. The one in the rear is smaller, but perfectly serviceable.As an aside, we love having two bathrooms, and will never consider any RV with only one bath again.
