It was an option that I ordered w/ my trailer. It's a killer accessory and sturdy as heck! You can try and contact Lance Parts dept and ask them how much they are:

As far as I know, they'll be happy to sell you one. And as far as to who actually manufacturers the bin, I think it's Lippert (the slide-out company) You might also hang out at the Lance Owners of America (LOA) and see if anyone is giving one way for free. Some people order it and turns out, they don't like it.
